What is a ''Collection' versus a ''Series?''

A "collection" represents the entire curated assembly of items created around a common artwork, theme, concept, or style. Within this collection, there can be variations in design and visuals. At JFG, it's common for us to further categorize our collections into smaller subsets known as "series."

A "series" typically pertains to a specific sequence within a collection that follows a more pronounced theme or design concept compared to the overarching collection. Each item in the series maintains a strong connection to the preceding and succeeding pieces, contributing to a cohesive narrative or aesthetic progression.

How long does delivery take?

As each product is individually made at time of order, please allow 14 to 16 days for delivery.

There may be additional delays caused by high volume of orders or postal service delays during peak order seasons.

How do I take care of my new garment?

Only wash as needed to maintain the longevity of the garment and art.

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with similar colorsNon-chlorine bleach only when necessary

Light detergent may be used, but fabric softeners are strictly discouraged

Air drying is best on all garments; dry on low heat/tumble cycle if desired

Iron inside-out on a low setting; however, a steamer is recommended

Do not dry clean.

What is your return policy?

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll will also need a proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If any item arrives damaged, photo evidence must be submitted to info@JoseFabianGonzalez.com by midnight EST the day after delivery. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please be aware that all swimwear and innerwear are non-returnable due to sanitation and health safety, unless damaged on arrival.
